Novomatic at the Belgrade Future Gaming Top Attraction
The international gaming fair “Belgrade Future Gaming” (BFG) is the most important annual event for the entire Southeast Europe region in the gaming industry. It brings together gaming industry representatives from six countries to exchange views on new gaming products and regulatory matters.
The Belgrade Fair served as the venue for this significant event, allowing casino operators, smaller gaming venues and catering establishments to resume full activity after the difficult years of the pandemic. The unrestricted experiences have already contributed to future planning in many places and paved the way for the expansion of gaming operations with new casino games and devices from Novomatic.
The Belgrade Future Gaming is the largest industry get-together in the Balkans. Novomatic AG was there with its strong partner FAZI, which offers electronic table games. Electronic roulette and card games are very popular. The Gauselmann Group with Merkur Gaming, GeWeTe and InterBlock was also present at the trade fair. Belgrade Future Gaming 2023 recognized that the gaming operators in the Southeast European region need to follow the global trends. Therefore, they could familiarize themselves with and purchase the latest gaming devices, software solutions and accompanying services.
The fair was a great success for Novomatic. In a press release, the company stated that all expectations at the Belgrade Gaming Fair were met. The new machines from Novoline in elegant black caused great enthusiasm among the visitors.
In addition to various gaming products, Novomatic also presented management systems from the Novovision series. Modern access concepts and new equipment for casinos, arcades and betting shops were presented. Novomatic Winning Technology was represented with the largest exhibition area at the Belgrade Future Gaming.

Novomatic products presented for the Balkan markets have already achieved numerous successes at other fairs in 2023. The “Black Edition II” series, which was already well received at the London Totally Gaming Fair in spring, is particularly outstanding. The representatives of the gaming operations were impressed by the new gaming highlights from Novomatic and made corresponding purchases. Therefore, the "Black Edition" is described as an important part of the trade fair portfolio and the entire year. The "Black Edition" was also successfully represented at the G2E Asia 2023 in Singapore. A particularly innovative variant is the "Black Edition II 1.49J", which features a curved 49-inch gaming monitor and enables next-generation seamless gameplay.
