Because for the first time, high-ranking representatives from the areas of human resources, sustainability and corporate marketing were there to celebrate the great success of the company. In order to be recognized as Best Workplace Austria, companies have to go through a demanding certification process. This includes a comprehensive survey of employees on various aspects of the workplace. As well as an assessment of company culture, leadership qualities and people practices. The assessment is based on quantitative and qualitative data and is then reviewed by experts.
This important milestone underlines the outstanding performance at all levels in order to maintain and continuously improve Greentube as an attractive place to work. The valuable feedback from our committed employees plays a decisive role in this.

Reaching the Top 45 Best Workplaces™ in Austria is the best result to date. During its three-year participation in the demanding Great Place to Work® certification process, Greentube has now managed to get into the top 5.

The ranking is based on an independent assessment and analysis by Great Place to Work®, an internationally recognized organization specializing in researching and promoting workplace culture and employee engagement.
