The Eurojackpot draws are held every Tuesday and Friday and players from 18 European countries can take part. In contrast to LOTTO 6aus49, the Eurojackpot is a cross-border game in which up to 120 million euros in the jackpot can lie. Next draw with a maximum winnings of 120 million
On April 19th there was again no winner at the Eurojackpot. The maximum winnings of 120 million euros have been reached for Tuesday, April 23rd. Such sums have been possible to win since spring 2022. The last 120 million euro jackpot was won in Norway at the beginning of 2024. Other millionaires came from Schleswig-Holstein, Berlin and Denmark. There were also many winners with amounts between ten and 117 million euros. The jackpot has already been won four times this year.
No player has managed to get all the numbers correct in the last few weeks, but there have still been successful winners. The winning numbers 8, 14, 21, 34, 36 as well as the Euro numbers 1 and 2 were drawn in Helsinki. The jackpot remained untouched, but five players ended up in the second prize category. The lucky ones from Bavaria, 3 times Lower Saxony and Spain each shared 740.631,40 euros. There are further prizes in the third class. A total of 19 tipsters from different countries, including Germany, Norway, Sweden and Denmark, are looking forward to winning 109.916,20 euros each.
How does the Eurojackpot actually play?
To play the Eurojackpot, you choose five main numbers from a number range of 1 to 50 and two Euro numbers from a number range of 1 to 10. You can either choose your own numbers or opt for the quick tip, in which the numbers are generated automatically become. After you have selected the numbers, you can submit your ticket either online or at an authorized lottery outlet. The draws take place every Friday evening in Helsinki and you can play either individual draws or several weeks in advance. To win, the numbers drawn must match the numbers selected on your ticket. The more matches you have, the higher your winnings are.
