Hey spielo, really good post, I've been thinking about playing at Ares Casino for a long time, but to be honest, the many negative Google results put me off. I think it's a shame that providers for long payouts can actually really damage the casino.

Ares Casino is simply the only way to still play Novoline online. Anyone who knows the facts and knows that they currently need a few weeks for payouts, knows what they are getting themselves into. This has nothing to do with cheating or rip-off at Ares Casino.

So I signed up at Ares Casino, made a deposit and asked support for verification. They told me that it would only be up to date with the first payout, but they still gave me an email address to which I could send my documents. So far so good, my account is now verified. Let's see how quickly I can give something for payment and whether it really takes several weeks for the money to arrive. So far nothing negative from my side.

No payout at Ares Casino took 10 days, that's not exactly fast, but unlike so often described, it wasn't several months either. It could also have been because of my amount, because it was just €500 that I had transferred via the bank. So even if the games from Novoline are not real, I can't tell any difference to the Greentube slots with the best will in the world. The only feature is that all slots can only be accessed in English. So basically nothing negative in my second try at Ares Casino so far!

sorry for not seeing your post until now, did you get your money? If not, give us a few details, did you play with a bonus, did you comply with the terms or is the casino not responding at all?

I've been waiting for my money of €24.11.2020 since November 560 euros, 2. The site says that the payout will come after 4-7 business days. When I initiated the payout, I got an email that it could take 21 to business days. Yes nothing happens... They don't even respond to emails at Ares Casino. It's not fun to play like that. they took away 3900 euros from me. now I suddenly had 790 on my player account. I agree with you completely, the support there is underground and you were really lucky to find someone who could at least help halfway.

The fact that the amount won has been deducted from you and the deposit has been credited to you is common practice if you violate bonus conditions. Unfortunately, the support didn't tell you what you did, but I suspect that I shot classics like over 5 euros. When players claim a bonus, one should always be clear about what is allowed and what is not.

Apparently the problem has now been solved by the player. It's a pity that only problems are raised in the room but there is no more feedback as to whether it has been resolved. That doesn't really help those looking for it!
